Government Polytechnic is located in Alur is affiliated to SBTET.The college is established in the year 2008. It is with core Engineering Diploma courses like Civil Engineering and Mechanical Engineering. This institute hadqualified and experienced teaching faculties to impart high technical knowledge. We also providing personal counselling, it provides platform to students to plan and shape of their career with moral & ethical values.

The institution with all the classrooms are Digitalized and there is a VirtualClassroom is provided for Conducting Video Conferences with CTE and to interact with other institutional students and staff.
